By accessing and using the Sudvin Event & Expo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Entry is granted only against a valid QR pass verified at the gate scanner. Gates open at the published time and the organiser may deny entry to late arrivals for specific headline acts on safety grounds. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Outside food, alcohol, professional cameras and prohibited items listed on the event page are not permitted inside the venue.
Each pass carries a unique QR security code linked to the booking holder's phone number. Passes are transferable to another person only before first check-in, through the holder's SudVin dashboard. Resale above face value, duplication or tampering with QR codes leads to cancellation without refund and denial of entry.
Attendees, participants and partners must respect fellow guests, artists, staff and venue property. Harassment, hate speech, vandalism, stage-crashing or obstruction of event operations will result in removal from the venue without refund and, where applicable, a report to local authorities. Competition participants accept the judges' decisions as final.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refund and rescheduling terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Sudvin Event & Expo acts as the ticketing platform and organiser for its flagship festivals.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Referral commissions are calculated at 10% of the total ticket value for confirmed bookings made through the referral link. Commissions are subject to review and may be adjusted with prior notice.
Sudvin Event & Expo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or attendance at events managed through our services.
