Competition and nomination forms additionally collect profile details (age, academy, social handles, business information) strictly for selection and event operations. We also collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Your information is used to process ticket transactions, deliver QR passes via Email/SMS/dashboard, send event-related communications, evaluate competition and nomination applications, manage referral partnerships, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures: encrypted transport (TLS/SSL) for all traffic, salted password hashing and signed short-lived JWTs for authentication, server-side validation and rate limiting on all write endpoints, and least-privilege role-based access (Admin, Partner, Agent) to personal data. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners and never stored on SudVin servers.
Your phone number and email are used for booking confirmations, entry verification, and event updates. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing. Partner and participant leads are visible only to authorised SudVin operations staff for coordination. You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@sudvin.in.
