SudVin sells digital event passes only. No physical tickets are shipped. Upon successful booking and payment confirmation, your pass is delivered instantly through three channels: confirmation Email with booking reference, SMS with entry details, and a scannable QR pass inside your SudVin dashboard under My Passes.
QR passes are generated instantly at booking time. Email delivery typically arrives within 5 minutes and SMS within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive them, your dashboard QR remains the authoritative proof of entry.
Present the QR at the venue gate with screen brightness set to maximum. Each QR is single-use per headcount on the pass — duplicate scans are rejected at the gate scanner.
